For visitors to Duns PlayFest, there's a wide variety of local accommodation, including hotels, Airbnbs, and bed & breakfasts in and around Duns and the nearby towns and villages.
Hotels
In the centre of Duns itself, The White Swan Hotel is only five minutes from The Volunteer Hall, with rooms currently available from £75 (whiteswan-hotel.co.uk ).

Off the Market Square, Duns Guest Rooms are also located five minutes from the main venue (details on Booking.com) with rooms from £90.

Further a field, The Allanton Inn (allantoninn.co.uk six miles), The Craw Inn in Auchencrow (thecrawinn.co.uk eight miles), and The Wheatsheaf in Swinton (https//eatdrinkstaywheatsheaf.com six miles) all offer accommodation, good food, and an excellent pint.

Airbnbs
There are several fabulous Airbnbs in the area, including The Den in the nearby village of Gavinton (just over a mile away) with rooms from £81 a night, and Millar Organics Farmhouse Cottage (millarorganics.co.uk) from £80 located on an organic farm, also in Gavinton.

Self-catering in style
For those on a larger budget, The Groom’s Cottage (Airbnb etc) is set in the grounds in the Georgian stables at Wedderburn Castle, only two miles from Duns. It can be booked for £150 a night.
A more rustic and rural option is The Woodland Cabin (Airbnb etc), set on the edge of a forest in the quaint, nearby village of Abbey St Bathans from £85 a night (8 miles).

Camping
Campers and caravanners can stay at Blackadder Holiday Park in the nearby village of Greenlaw (hanleycaravans.co.uk eight miles away).
